AFK Grinder Pro is not currently available for purchase through this site, so there are no website orders to refund. This page records the intended support process without promising terms that have not been configured.

How a refund request will work

1. Open the AFK Grinder purchase receipt sent by Lemon Squeezy.
2. Use the order-support or refund link included with that receipt, when available.
3. Provide the order reference and a short explanation so the request can be located and understood.

If a private AFK Grinder support address is configured, it can help route order questions, but payment and refund processing may still be completed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.

Eligibility and timing

Refund eligibility will follow the terms shown at checkout, Lemon Squeezy's merchant process, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply. This draft does not invent a universal refund window or reduce rights provided by law.

The final policy will be published before the first sale and will state any applicable time limits and exclusions clearly.

If something is not working

Support may ask for the app version, Windows version, and a description of the problem. Troubleshooting is optional and does not remove any mandatory refund rights. Do not send licence keys, complete receipts, or payment details through public channels.

Keep purchase details private

Discord is for general community support, not refunds or private order information. Use the secure link in the Lemon Squeezy receipt or the private support contact once it is published.
